Universal Magnet Sheet Separator FA-4040 Type This is a new type of magnet sheet separator that utilizes an aluminum frame structure. It is equipped with ultra-strong neodymium magnets, generating strong magnetic force despite its compact size. -- The main body features an aluminum frame, contributing to overall weight reduction. -- The convenient rail structure allows for various applications. -- It can be used for retrofitting customer equipment or for on-site improvements. -- The aluminum frame has a groove width of 10mm, suitable for bolt sizes up to M8. -- It is compatible with the Misumi aluminum frame (8 series, square 40x40mm, single groove) and can accommodate commercially available aluminum frame parts. -- A dedicated slide bar is available as an option to reduce wear on the magnetic action surface. -- The total height can be adjusted in increments of 15mm from the standard 130mm (ranging from 115mm to 310mm; inquiries are welcome). -- Customization such as drilling is available as long as it does not interfere with the magnetic area.
