A bonding capillary is an essential tool in the process of manufacturing semiconductors, connecting the chip electrodes to the lead terminals. Gold wire, bonding wire, aluminum wire, and other materials pass through the tip of the capillary. In bonding, the tip of the capillary heats the end of another wire to form a ball shape, then presses the tip of the capillary onto the chip and stretches it to connect to the designated terminal on the substrate. This costs several hundred yen each. We will count 100 of these. We tested the supply feeder troughs in 2-line, 14-line, and 4-line configurations. We propose the optimal trough based on the items being counted.
