**Case Overview** **Challenges** Since 2018, we had been recommending gaming laptops for new students to purchase. However, for students who carry peripherals and study materials in their bags every day, the weight of the laptop, which exceeds 2kg, has become a significant burden. **Implementation Details** Starting in 2019, we introduced the lightweight "GF63" series with a body size of 359×254×21.7mm and a weight of 1.86kg in three departments: Game Development, Entertainment Software, and Game Software.
