An example of a method for circulating cleaning solution under negative pressure within the piping of the aircraft to completely dissolve scale!
We would like to introduce a case study from the aircraft sector utilizing the "Systematic Chemical Cleaning Method." In the piping connected to the vacuum toilet system installed in passenger aircraft, there is a problem where scale accumulates and adheres to the inside of the pipes over time, causing the internal diameter of the pipes to narrow and making it easier for foreign objects to get stuck. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the impact of physical scale removal, such as scratches inside the pipes, and in cases where removal is not possible, the need for parts replacement, which raises issues in terms of total costs. The "On-Ship Cleaning System" has addressed these problems and established a rational cleaning method.
