The O-ring is pre-assembled to the component, so a sealing washer and bag nut are not required, ensuring water tightness.
General blind nuts do not ensure water tightness. The ribbed sealing ring complies with IPX7, making it ideal for use in battery trays where water tightness is required. Even with an O-ring, it supports: - Automatic feeders - Resistance from -35 to 220 degrees - Resistance to aging and liquids - High rust prevention performance - Compliance with ATEQ, IPX7, and ISO20653 Amid the global shift towards electric vehicles, we are receiving many inquiries for battery trays.
