We would like to introduce the "Method Conversion Parts for Bending Processing" from Noguchi Manufacturing. By eliminating additional processing during pipe fabrication, we have achieved cost reduction through increased productivity. Although a joint (a small gap) is created due to the bending shape, it can be replaced without issue since the intended use is for shafts. 【Features】 ■ The tip shape is cut first while in a flat plate state, and then a core is inserted in the middle for bending. * Initially, the tip shape was produced through additional processing at a pipe manufacturing company. ■ By eliminating additional processing, we have achieved cost reduction through increased productivity. ■ Although a joint is created due to the bending shape, it can be replaced without issue since the intended use is for shafts. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
