The "LILIA-150T" is a live line sheath insulation defect measurement device that can identify insulation defects in the sheath regardless of whether the line is live or stopped, contributing to stable power supply. The output of the test power supply is limited to 50V under no load and 1mA during a short circuit, allowing measurements to be taken without damaging the sheath.
