In heat exchangers that use many small tubes, such as water heaters and condensers, they are used to seal both ends of the tubes without the need for welding in the event of a leak. Heat exchangers have several small tubes running through them, and these tubes can develop holes and leak due to aging or the fluid. This reduces the efficiency of heat exchange, so the leaking tubes or the ends of the tubes before they leak are sealed to minimize the decrease in efficiency as much as possible. - No welding required. Easy installation with hydraulic tools. One to two workers can complete one unit in about 10 to 30 minutes. There is no damage to the welded parts of the pipe plate. - High safety and quality assurance. Manufactured in an ISO9001 certified factory. Helium leak tightness is 1 x 10 -10 cc/sec. - High-pressure plug maximum 7,000 psi (480 bar, 48MPa). - Low-pressure plug maximum 1,000 psi (68.9 bar, 6MPa). - Compatible with a variety of sizes: from 0.400" to 1.460" (10.16mm to 37.59mm). Requests for other sizes can also be accommodated. - Compatible with a variety of materials: Brass, Carbon Steel, 304/316 Stainless Steel, 70/30 CuNi, Titanium, etc. Requests for other materials can also be accommodated.
