Prevents drops during transfer with a floating lock mechanism! Optional selections available according to specifications.

We would like to introduce an improvement case utilizing the drop prevention mechanism of the "Depalletizing Hand" handled by Nagoya Seiko Co., Ltd. The Depalletizing Hand is a device that uses a hand mounted on a robot to suction grip and transfer paper bags stacked on a pallet. We addressed the issue of paper bags (kraft paper: contents = powder) measuring up to 800mm × 450mm × 160mm and weighing 30kg falling or dropping during transfer, which caused the bags to tear and the contents to scatter, with our product. [Issues] - Although the product is gripped using vacuum suction, the suction can become unstable depending on the condition and posture of the suction surface. - If the suction is unstable, the product may fall or drop during transfer, causing the paper bag to tear and the contents to scatter. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
