Improvement of slip resistance! CGS processing is applied to SS400 / hot-dip galvanized grating.
We would like to introduce our "Anti-Slip Color Grating." In tests conducted by a third-party organization (Chubu Technology Center), we achieved a slip resistance value of BPN 57 (C12) in wet conditions and on slippery surfaces. It demonstrates its effectiveness both during rainfall and under the blazing sun, incorporating various safety features. Additionally, the stylish and high-functionality CGS processing has limitless applications, with a focus on anti-slip functionality and design versatility that can be adapted to any color, extending beyond just grating. 【Features】 ■ Improved slip resistance: Easily surpasses the safety standard of BPN 40 ■ Stands out in color: Makes a strong presence ■ Low thermal conductivity: Minimizes heat transfer to the skin upon contact ■ High solar reflectance: Reflects sunlight to prevent temperature rise *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
