1. PR Hardening (Decolorization) Device - Used for hardening (decolorization) of photoresist after developing in semiconductor or LCD, OLED lines. 2. Peripheral Exposure Machine/Titler - Used as an auxiliary exposure machine for LCD, for the peripheral area of the substrate and for titling. 3.
