We received a request from a customer who develops and sells industrial equipment for the domestic market in Japan, seeking to expand their product line for the Chinese market. They expressed a desire to "adopt locally sourced components, reduce manufacturing costs to one-third, and conduct local manufacturing." In response, we established a joint project involving the respective teams from the Chinese factory and the Japanese development department, maintaining the basic principles and equipment performance while conducting a comprehensive design review.
