The Esmaeco treatment has also obtained performance certification for rust and corrosion resistance! It leads to stress-free screw driving operations with low resistance and shorter work time.
We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to those affected by the typhoon. In light of the passage of the super typhoon through the Japanese archipelago, it has become important to strengthen the joints of wooden structures to minimize wind damage as much as possible. For the screws used to secure the rafters to the horizontal supports in wooden roof joints, we recommend the adoption of the "Z Mark certified square hole tapping screws STS6.5, F135, F180," which clearly state the allowable values for rafter connections based on tests conducted by the Japan Housing and Wood Technology Center. This product also has obtained the X (cross) mark certification for CLT construction methods. With a special surface treatment called "acexma Eco" (which has received anti-corrosion performance certification), it allows for less resistance and stress-free screw driving operations for CLT and various types of laminated wood. Furthermore, to allow you to try out the performance of the Z Mark certified "square hole tapping screw" series, we are currently offering samples. Please contact us and let us know that you would like a sample. We encourage you to consider new initiatives regarding wind resistance performance at this opportunity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
