The adoption of coreless coils enables the production of brushless motors without slots!
The "coreless coil" is a coil mainly incorporated into "coreless motors." Due to its structure, which lacks an iron core and has a lightweight rotor, it features characteristics such as "a smaller moment of inertia and improved response." It is also gaining attention for use in "slotless motors." There are production achievements ranging from very small items finer than a pencil to applications for electric power steering in automobiles and high-speed spindles for machine tools. It is also used in our own fan motors. 【Coreless Coil Features】 ■ Mainly incorporated into "coreless motors" ■ No iron core and lightweight rotor ■ Smaller moment of inertia and improved response ■ Less vibration and noise, and excellent controllability ■ Exhibits compact and high-efficiency performance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
