Estimate individual life expectancy based on actual conditions! Smart bearings capable of measuring the state of force and lubrication.
"HCP Sense" is a smart bearing that prevents failures before they occur. By utilizing unique electrical characteristics, it is capable of measuring load. It not only predicts bearing damage by obtaining load data from within the machinery but also prevents it in advance. It is suitable for monitoring load, preventing bearing failures through lubrication condition monitoring, and monitoring the overall system condition based on the forces acting on the bearing (due to instability, misalignment, etc.). [Features] ■ Prevention of unplanned downtime ■ Reduction of production stoppage risks ■ Process monitoring ■ Reduction of maintenance costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
