Choosing battery terminals, including pole size and connection type!
Due to the current flowing through the battery terminals, which can be several dozen amperes and up to several hundred amperes at maximum, the terminals deteriorate surprisingly quickly. Additionally, there are cases where battery fluid leaks from the liquid outlet cap and severely corrodes the terminals. "Crimp-type" battery terminals are used by crimping directly onto the wire. "Bolt-type" terminals are installed using round terminals. Furthermore, the thickness of battery cables ranges from 14sq to 60sq, and terminals suitable for each thickness should be selected. 【How to Choose Battery Terminals】 ■ Size of the pole: There are B type (small pole) and D type (large pole) ■ Connection type with wiring ・Crimp type: Used by crimping directly onto the wire ・Bolt type: Installed using round terminals ■ Thickness of the wire: Ranges from 14sq to 60sq, and terminals suitable for each thickness should be selected *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
