"GLO-YSAFS" is a sensor that measures axial force from the nut tightening torque when assembling a spindle. Generally, the axial force of a spindle could not be measured directly. However, by using this product, it is possible to quantify and manage the axial force. 【How to Use】 (1) Before use, check the size (nominal diameter) of the spindle and set the required axial force. - Use the axial force conversion table to calculate the corresponding value for the required axial force. (2) Assemble the bearings, collars, spacers, and other components on the spindle, leaving a 35mm gap to the threaded part. (3) Attach the axial force measurement sensor to the spindle. (4) Tighten the precision lock nut with a torque wrench so that the display shows the value calculated earlier. - Record the tightening torque at this time. (5) Remove the precision lock nut and the axial force measurement sensor from the spindle. (6) Assemble the remaining bearings, collars, spacers, and other components on the spindle, and tighten the precision lock nut with the recorded tightening torque, also tightening the set screw. → This will achieve the initially set axial force. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
