Improvements in the filler have reduced color transfer from carbon to the workpiece! With enhancements to the two types of materials, HTV and RTV, measures can be implemented across a wide range of products.
Improvements in the conductive filler have made it possible to reduce the color transfer of carbon black, which was a problem with silicone rubber, while maintaining a low surface resistivity! This filler can be applied to both HTV (heat-cured) and RTV (liquid) silicone rubber, making it suitable for a wide range of products such as rollers, plates, and conveyor belts. 【Possible Products】 - Rollers (lining) - Plates (lining) - Rubber standalone items - Belts (coating) ★ Molding is done in a clean room, so there is no concern about foreign matter contamination. ★ If you are experiencing issues with static electricity, please feel free to contact us. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to reach out to us.
