Introducing consumables for barrel polishing, such as vitrified grinding stones and plastic grinding stones!
We would like to introduce the "grinding stones and compounds" that we handle. "Grinding stones" fulfill various polishing purposes by rubbing against the workpiece. Due to the limited adjustment functions of grinding machines, it is necessary to differentiate usage based on the polishing purpose and the material, hardness, and shape of the workpiece. Additionally, "compounds" help maintain the performance of grinding stones and protect the workpiece from dirt and rust. The materials of the target workpieces vary, and they contribute to gloss and smooth finishes, while appropriate lubrication enhances cutting performance. [Types of Grinding Stones] ■ Vitrified grinding stones ■ Plastic grinding stones ■ Alumina-based grinding stones ■ Organic grinding stones ■ Metal-based grinding stones ■ Dry grinding stones *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Effects and Functions of the Compound** ■ Water Quality Adjustment: Softens water to fully exhibit the effects of the compound. ■ Lubrication: Contributes to gloss and smooth finishing, with appropriate lubrication improving cutting performance. ■ Cleaning: Keeps the surfaces of the workpiece and grinding stone clean. ■ Foaming: Dense foam provides a cushioning effect, reducing damage to the workpiece and promoting gloss. Absorbs the high-pitched sound of grinding stone collisions, also providing soundproofing effects. ■ Rust Prevention: Rough and medium-finish grinding surfaces are highly activated and prone to rust; prevents rust during and immediately after grinding. ■ Degreasing: Typically performed before grinding, but trace amounts of oil can be decomposed by alkaline components. ■ Increased Grinding Amount: Pre-mixed abrasives for rough and medium finishes enhance grinding power. However, this also increases wear on the grinding stone, necessitating stronger cleaning action. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
