Here is a case study introducing the installation of 16 lightweight, medium-duty boltless steel racks. The "boltless" design allows for assembly without using a single bolt. Assembly time can be reduced to about one-third, and changing the position of the shelves can be done in just about one minute. Additionally, we implemented a topple prevention measure using "tension rods" provided by the customer. By tensioning between the rack and the ceiling, it is possible to prevent toppling due to earthquakes or collisions. Furthermore, our company offers various earthquake and topple prevention measures, such as a "topple prevention base" that can be easily installed without welding.
