"Shanion Alpha" is a shaping film that transforms the point light of LEDs into "lines" and "various patterns." Using a unique mastering (original plate production) technology, a metal mold (stamper) forms fine patterns on the surface of the plastic film. It is possible to achieve three-dimensional forming, such as hemispherical shapes, while maintaining the shape of the fine patterns. When LEDs are placed on the back of the film, various light patterns can be expressed according to the shape of the fine patterns. Even without using color LEDs, it can produce spectral patterns of red, green, and blue for each wavelength, making it effective for design lighting that requires aesthetic appeal, as well as for amusement and toys that demand eye-catching light effects.
