"Car mat ECO" for insulation of construction machinery and vehicles, and for maintaining the temperature of molding machines.
Insulation materials for construction machinery and vehicles can withstand temperatures up to approximately 1300°C! This removable product has also demonstrated energy-saving effects on electricity costs as insulation for molding machines!
"Kurumat ECO" is a removable cover that excels in thermal insulation and contributes to energy conservation. It is made from non-combustible fiberglass, and the outer material uses silicone-coated glass cloth, providing excellent waterproof and oil-resistant properties. It is designed to withstand harsh thermal conditions, with specifications for automotive mufflers rated for 500°C and heat-resistant materials for plants rated for 1300°C. Aimed at heat retention, it can be installed on the cylinder parts of molding machines, valves, and piping to suppress heat radiation, which helps save energy costs, stabilize resin temperatures, and prevent fluctuations during molding. As it is a completely custom-made product, it can be used in sizes that fit your specific materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
