Tegara-made PC optional warranty service HDD return not required service

Securely manage storage containing confidential information at your location. This is a recommended option for mitigating the risk of information leakage.

Many types of data that should be managed carefully, such as confidential information and personal data, are stored on PCs. To avoid the risk of information leakage, it is necessary to ensure that the process up to disposal is accurately tracked and recorded. In regular repairs, old parts are replaced with new ones, and the repair service collects the old storage. Therefore, customers cannot manage the storage containing confidential information themselves. To meet the needs of customers who prioritize compliance, we offer an optional "No HDD Return Service." By subscribing to the "No HDD Return Service," if the HDD (SSD) of our PC fails, we will provide a new HDD instead of exchanging it with the failed one (*). The HDD containing your important data will be kept in your possession, allowing you to handle it according to your internal regulations. *In this service, the replacement of the HDD (SSD) must be performed by the customer themselves.
