It is equipped with various convenient features aimed at managing the record of sterilization processes for retort foods and more.

Data is stored on the device's SD card and can be aggregated later on a PC. - "Real-time display available" It can display the temperature and F value during heating. The heating conditions for food can also be easily optimized. - "Easy installation and operation" The main unit is fixed near the sterilizer with a magnet. Recording is completed simply by pressing the start button on the touch panel. - "Easy sensor installation" Using a dedicated sensor insertion packing, there is no need for processing retort containers.
