▼ Inquiry 1 What is the lot size for concentrated extract products? 〇 Answer With standard equipment, the maximum is around 500 kg, and the minimum is around 100 kg. We also have smaller scale equipment, so please contact us if you require a smaller lot. ▼ Inquiry 2 How much raw material can you process for fruits and vegetables? 〇 Answer It depends on the concentration level, but with standard equipment, it is possible to process between 1,000 kg and 2,000 kg of raw material. ▼ Inquiry 3 Do you have a cleaning machine for raw materials? Can you accept raw materials with soil on them? 〇 Answer We do not own a cleaning machine. However, we can wash them manually with water. ▼ Inquiry 4 What type of concentrator can you use? 〇 Answer We use a centrifugal thin-film vacuum concentrator. It can process at low temperatures and has an evaporation capacity of up to 400 L/hr with water. We have two of the same type of concentrator. ▼ Inquiry 5 What type of sterilizer can you use? 〇 Answer We use a plate-type sterilizer.
