To increase strength, attach reinforcement plates for stabilization! Punch processing will be carried out at Otis.
Depending on the application, materials face various challenges such as corrosion, breakage, bending, and warping. For example, in flexible circuit boards, there are characteristics such as "thin" and "flexibility." However, due to their softness, they can become difficult to handle during component mounting. To enhance strength, reinforcing plates are attached to stabilize them, preventing warping and bending. Depending on the application, various materials such as polycarbonate, glass epoxy (FR-4), polyimide, and metal plates are used as reinforcing plates, and we perform punching processing at Otis. 【Main Processing Achievements】 ■ Information and Communication: FPC mobile devices, digital equipment ■ AV and Home Appliances: VR/AR, MR, digital camera lenses/sensors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
