Built-in reference table for test loads of each wire! An electric torsion testing machine that allows for better understanding of test progress.
The "QC-309E" is a manual twisting machine that automatically detects the length of the test specimen and the twist level of the spun yarn, displaying this information on the screen. After twisting the spun yarn, it measures the twist level based on the length condition, indicating differences in characteristics and measuring the twist level through changes in spinning using sensors. Additionally, when conducting tests on high twist level specimens, the measurement speed decreases before the test is completed, allowing for more accurate detection. 【Features】 ■ Measures twist level based on changes in spinning ■ Built-in reference table for tensile force data and test loads for various wires ■ Automatically detects the length of the test specimen and the twist level of the spun yarn, displaying it on the screen ■ Allows users to better understand the progress of the test ■ Capable of analyzing test data and providing test results *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
