【80% reduction in running costs - improvement case available】Over 95% of the used helium recovered! Let's achieve the SDGs philosophy and cost reduction through reuse.
Do you have any concerns about helium gas used for leak testing of various machines and equipment? ◆ Prices are rising year by year, leading to monthly running costs. ◆ Supply is restricted from suppliers, and we want to ensure stable operation of the production line. ◆ Based on the SDGs, we want to recover and reuse helium that has been released into the atmosphere. Logic's "Helium Recovery Device" recovers 90-99% of the helium that was previously discarded, and in the case of mixed gases, it manages the concentration within ±0.5%. <Improvement Cases> Company: Automotive Heat Exchanger Manufacturer A Challenge: High running costs due to soaring helium prices... Improvement: Introduced Logic's "Helium Recovery Device" → Reduced the burden from 1 million yen/month to 200,000 yen/month, even with low concentration mixed gas! Company: Automotive Radiator Manufacturer B Challenge: Wants to reduce monthly costs while using high concentration (90-100%) helium. Improvement: Introduced Logic's "Helium Recovery Device" → Achieved recovery and reuse of 100% helium! Reduced costs for each line by over 50%. *Details are included in the documentation.

basic information
In helium leak testing, 100% helium or mixed helium is used for the airtightness inspection of products. During this process, helium that is not recovered is released into the atmosphere, resulting in the loss of valuable helium. Logix offers helium recovery systems for a wide range of applications, from low-pressure to high-pressure helium leak tests, using 100% helium or mixed helium. We provide low prices, short delivery times, and high quality through Japanese technology and Korean manufacturing. Our reasonable pricing proposals shorten the payback period for capital investment costs. 【Features】 ■ Cost reduction and production stability measures ■ Shortened payback period for capital investment costs ■ Low price, short delivery time, high quality ■ Numerous deliveries to OEM companies in Japan Based on the principles of SDGs, if you are interested in effectively utilizing expensive helium and reducing running costs, please download the materials or contact us through our website.
Price information
The prices range from 3 million yen to 15 million yen depending on the helium concentration, test pressure, and processing capacity. <Basic Lineup> 1. Low pressure (test pressure 0.1MPa to 0.3MPa), 100% helium 2. Low pressure (test pressure 0.1MPa to 0.3MPa), mixed helium 3. High pressure (test pressure 1.0MPa to 4.5MPa), 100% helium 4.
