Automation of laser cleaning by robots is possible! A laser cleaner that can remove scale from steel materials in surface preparation before welding.
Laser cleaning is a process that uses laser light to irradiate the target material, utilizing the evaporation of substances and shock pressure to detach the target material from the substrate surface. Furthermore, this process is automated through automatic contour control using three-dimensional measurement data. 【Features】 ■ Control of cleaning quality through state monitoring ■ Capability to handle irregular and unspecified shapes through image processing and shape recognition ■ Realization of automation using robots *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
