With the internal mixing method, the product body and cables can withstand ESD levels of up to 10^5 to 10^9 ohms per square, and do not contain chlorine materials. The internal mixing method provides longer-lasting ESD protection compared to applying antistatic materials externally after packaging. The internally mixed antistatic agent continues to add antistatic effects to the plastic surface, compensating for the effects that are wiped away or consumed. This is a reliable tool for streamlining workflows in manufacturing environments.
