Bolt Axial Force Sensor Manufacturing/Calibration Service "BOLT EYE"
Bolts provided (M3 to M64) can be used to manufacture bolt axial force sensors! From small screws for vehicle-mounted circuit boards to bolts for casting molds! Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C!
The bolt axial force sensor manufacturing/calibration service "BOLT EYE" is a service that produces bolt axial force sensors using bolts provided by the customer (compatible with various shapes from M3 to M64). It can accommodate everything from small screws for automotive circuit boards to bolts for casting molds, supporting a wide variety of bolt shapes and sizes. We are accepting orders. 【Features】 ■ Minimal output fluctuations due to creep and temperature changes (operating temperature range -196 to 300°C) ■ Ability to choose the optimal manufacturing method from multiple options ■ Selection of cable exit direction from the bolt head, head side surface, or screw tip ■ Provision of load calibration data and temperature characteristic test data ■ Bolt axial force sensors with thermocouples can also be manufactured *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【For such troubles】 ■ For M6 and M8 sizes, you can create your own using a bolt gauge for room temperature measurements, but M3 and M4 for circuit boards are too small. ■ Even for M6 and M8 sizes, there is drift and zero return when the temperature exceeds 40°C. ■ In tests involving high-temperature exposure and thermal cycling, the axial force sensors we create ourselves exhibit significant creep and drift. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
