  Esaka Golf Center Reason for the request We had been searching for a replacement for our existing swing analysis machine, which had broken down, for many years but had not been able to find one. At the 2023 Golf Fair, we encountered the Swing Navi SWN-5000, and the explanation provided by the sales representative at that time was clear and piqued our interest. Reason for choosing CD-I The SWN-5000 was the only product that could simultaneously record swing footage from both the front and side views. Additionally, CD-I has a dedicated maintenance department separate from sales, which allowed for a speedy response, leading us to implement it. How it has been since implementation This is about a new customer. They visited our store after seeing on our website that the Swing Navi was installed. They mentioned that they had used it in Tokyo and came to Esaka Golf Center specifically for the Swing Navi. Everyone is enjoying showing their swings to others. Those who have used it once have all returned for repeat visits.

  Daiichi Golf Reason for the Request We originally had an old model Swing Navi installed and were satisfied with its ease of use. Upon hearing that the latest model was released, we decided to be the first to introduce it at our Sakai store, which has many users. Until now, the Sakai store did not have Swing Navi in all the booths, but we took this opportunity to renew and install Swing Navi in all booths. Reason for Choosing CDI The stores with Daiichi Golf's school booths already had the old model Swing Navi installed, and we were familiar with its ease of use. CDI has a quick response time; whenever we have inquiries or face issues, they always respond promptly, which is why we have maintained our relationship with them consistently. How It Has Been Since Installation The operation method is very easy and simple, allowing even first-time customers to operate and use it relatively smoothly. Compared to the old model, the clarity of the visuals has improved, and the addition of the guideline function has made it very convenient, as we no longer need to draw lines freehand. We plan to introduce it in our new stores as well.

  Golf Partner Nagoya Kounosu Practice Range Store Reason for the Request Originally, we had several distance measuring devices from another company installed at our facility, but they began to malfunction due to aging. With measuring devices becoming popular at various practice ranges, we were looking for equipment that would please our customers. During this time, a colleague recommended the "Swing Navi SWN-5000" from CDi, with whom we had previously collaborated on lighting replacements and other projects. Reason for Choosing CDi We had an ongoing relationship with CDi through other construction projects. Given that there are few companies proposing equipment for practice ranges or handling measuring devices, we were able to receive a proposal for the equipment we desired, leading to our decision to adopt it. How It Has Been Since Implementation Many customers choose the hitting bays equipped with the Swing Navi. Some customers even wait until a bay becomes available. For customers, the ability to easily record videos seems to help them correct their mis-hits. Additionally, we use it for fittings, proposing the optimal clubs based on the videos and data. The usage is simple and user-friendly, and we have received very few questions from customers, resulting in positive feedback.
