Suzuki Mint Co., Ltd. has many transactions with pharmaceutical companies, and as a result, there are regular on-site audits of the manufacturing facilities. There has been a challenge in that the flowchart prepared for explanation is quite simple and does not effectively convey the image, and due to the fact that the person in charge changes periodically, we have been looking for ways to make the company explanation on the day of the audit clearer. In this context, a proposal was made within the company to consider "What if we tried doing it with a video?" and discussions began.
