This product is a multi-flow freeze system specifically designed for bulk freezing, which balances the products using cold air sent from a high-pressure chamber and freezes them from all surfaces. The conveyor is a two-tier system, where the first tier freezes the surface and the second tier completely freezes the core. Depending on the characteristics of the customer's products, you can choose between a plastic belt and a mesh belt.
