It is used in facilities such as libraries and city halls that are equipped with underfloor air conditioning. It is a material that combines durability for flooring and air permeability as a filter.
The structure consists of a four-layer composition: surface material + resin + dimensional stabilizer + backing material. Sizes can be freely customized, such as 50×50 cm, 150×100 cm, and 150×200 cm. Air permeability can be designed freely according to customer requirements. Additionally, it is possible to add functions such as anti-slip, shock absorption, insulation, soundproofing, antibacterial properties, and water repellency. ☆ Details of the four-layer structure - Surface material → Breathable carpet fabric, woven fabric, resin sheet, etc. - Resin → Breathable rubber-based polymer resin - Dimensional stabilizer → Glass net, etc. - Backing material → Breathable polyester non-woven fabric ☆ For more details, please download the materials from the 'PDF Download' below or feel free to contact us through 'Inquiries'!
