The Quantek 905 model is a tabletop portable oxygen analyzer used for measuring residual oxygen in gas replacement packaging (CAP/MAP) food packages and other sealed containers. It can be used by non-technicians in necessary locations such as laboratories and packaging lines, and it is also easy to transport to other locations. The 905 model oxygen meter has been implemented in hundreds of food applications, including meats, fresh produce, pasta, nuts, snacks, dairy products, and coffee. It can be used in applications with very high oxygen concentrations (50-100%) without putting stress on the sensor. Additionally, it is not affected by nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or trace amounts of hydrocarbons.
