Difficult to produce secondary burrs! It fits the base material, allowing for smooth work without strain.
Okasugi's rubber grinding stone is made with a special rubber binder, allowing it to deform while acting on the surface of the base material, resulting in a smooth finish without bumps. Additionally, like regular grinding stones, it contains abrasive particles, making it possible to remove burrs and chamfer edges. In this process, our rubber grinding stone has the characteristic of producing minimal secondary burrs. It can be used on various materials (metal, wood, ceramics, rubber, glass, plastic, etc.) and is safe and easy to use due to its softness and flexibility. **Advantages of Rubber Binder:** - More elastic compared to paper and grinding stones - Prevents deep scratches due to spring effect - Suitable for adjusting the surface condition of the workpiece - Excellent durability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
