Our embossed films utilize biaxially stretched PET films that possess [robust rigidity] and [heat resistance], enabling the creation of dynamic embossed shapes with strength and rigidity that are difficult to achieve with softer materials. By combining embossed films with hardening resins, it becomes possible to add [design and functionality] for resin transfer applications. 2. Chemical-free processing reduces line contamination and stress on substrates. Our embossing process does not use any additives, making it suitable for manufacturing processes where silicone release is undesirable, such as in precision equipment products. Additionally, we own more than 80 types of embossed patterns, allowing customers to select the appropriate pattern to meet their desired performance and solve challenges.
