At Sugimatsu Sangyo Co., Ltd., we have been promoting automation through the introduction of robots in some processes since 2014, driven by a strong desire to reduce the burden on individual workers and eliminate the "3K" (hard, dirty, dangerous) conditions in the manufacturing site. To further enhance productivity, we believe that a suitable layout within the factory, including molding machines, is necessary, which led us to implement 'FlexSim'.
