At Nishi Electric Industry, which engages in information and communication engineering and ICT solutions, we adopted Allied Telesis's training service "Net.Campus" as a training program for employees involved in IT. In 2020, a total of 19 employees participated, and in the fiscal year 2021, a total of 44 employees attended seven courses, including Introduction to Networking, Routing & Switching, and Wireless. In addition to classroom lectures, practical exercises using actual equipment were conducted, and the content was flexibly customized based on feedback from participants.
