[Case Study] Shipbuilding

Introducing a case where we can check the error at the bearing center and make real-time adjustments!

We will introduce a case of shaft alignment measurement for propeller shafts using "Easy-Laser." You can check the alignment between the gearbox and the screw shaft bearing. It is possible to confirm the error between the center of the gearbox's rotating axis and the center of the screw shaft bearing, and adjustments can be made in real-time. Additionally, for the alignment measurement of the stanchion tube, a laser system can be used during the acceptance inspection to verify the product. 【Case Overview】 ■ Propeller Shaft Alignment Measurement - You can check the alignment between the gearbox and the screw shaft bearing. - Adjustments can be made in real-time. ■ Stanchion Tube Alignment Measurement - A laser system can be used for product verification during acceptance inspection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
