The Acrodisc WBC syringe filter uses unique filter technology to separate white blood cells from 10 mL of whole blood in less than 10 minutes. This syringe filter contains Leukosorb media, which has two properties: size exclusion and adsorption. It captures and collects white blood cells from whole blood samples while allowing red blood cells and platelets to pass through the membrane with its fibrous matrix.
