Suppressing adhesive adhesion with JC coat. Reducing the occurrence of work-related accidents due to maintenance work.
If tape adhesive is left to accumulate on round blades or slitters, it can lead to issues such as "deterioration of cutting performance and occurrence of tape cutting errors" and "worsening of equipment operating rates due to cutting defects (increased downtime)." Additionally, maintenance of cutting tools can potentially lead to work-related accidents. 【Contents】 ■1. Tape debris and adhesive accumulate on round blades and slitters, making cleaning difficult and raising concerns about work-related accidents. ■2. Control adhesion through coating treatment to reduce hazardous cleaning tasks. ■3. Flow of transactions.
