Improvement of liquid drainage for liquid miso - Measures against filling loss [Explanation video]
With the water-repellent properties of the JC coat, it prevents adhesion and allows for smooth movement, which can also be expected to improve cleaning time.
"Doesn't it bother you that 'filling takes time,' 'slipping is poor,' or 'you want to reduce food waste'?" Our company provides a video comparing the sliding properties of liquid miso on untreated stainless steel and JC-coated stainless steel. We demonstrate how each type of liquid miso slides. Would you like to implement this in your factory to achieve 'shorter filling and cleaning times,' 'improved food waste management,' and 'elimination of residue concerns'? *You can view the detailed content of the column through the related links.
