We would like to introduce an example of improvement of existing products based on our VA proposal. With conventional work supports, the weight was significant, making it impossible to remove oil, which led to quality issues in the next process. Both manual and machine operations experienced significant time losses during the attachment and detachment processes. As a solution, we improved the design to achieve significant weight reduction without compromising strength, allowing for oil removal. This not only enhanced quality but also made the attachment and detachment processes smoother, resulting in substantial time savings.
