[VA Case] Control of Warpage × Achieving Dimensional Tolerance in the 100s Range

We would like to introduce a case of a cover that prevents scratches on the nut area during the cleaning of aluminum wheels for vehicles. In the past, we faced the issue of warping, which was unavoidable in non-mass-produced items, leading to significant deviations in dimensions and tolerances. There were concerns about whether we would need to create molds, which would incur substantial costs. Therefore, we considered the causes of warping due to "shrinkage differences" in conventional machining and employed our unique high-precision cutting technology to balance the "residual stress," which is the cause of the shrinkage differences.
