The LBVHT series lift-bottom retort is ideal for processes that require protective gas, reactive gas, or a vacuum atmosphere. This model is fundamentally based on the structure of the VHT series. With its electrically hydraulic lift-bottom structure and size, it facilitates easy work loading in manufacturing. A variety of furnace sizes and specifications are available. Additionally, like the VHT type, it supports various heating methods.

Standard size retort furnace with a capacity of 100 to 600 liters, equipped with an electric hydraulic drive table for easy loading of heavy items. Types of heating concepts: ◦ Graphite heater with a maximum temperature of 2400°C ◦ Molybdenum heater with a maximum temperature of 1600°C ◦ Tungsten heater with a maximum temperature of 2000°C Stainless steel plate and aluminum frame structure. Basic equipment includes gas purging, suitable for non-flammable protective gas and reaction gas. Automatic gas purging system; additional equipment for use with various process gases. Gas purging system for operation under combustible reaction gases such as hydrogen (safety kit included as additional equipment). Switches, control devices, and gas purging are integrated into the furnace casing.
