This is a proven removable product for energy-saving measures! It can be widely used as insulation material for piping, around engines, and for molding machines. It can also be used as a heat-resistant material.
"Kurumat ECO" is a detachable cover that excels in insulation and contributes to energy conservation. It uses non-combustible fiberglass as the material, and the exterior is made of silicone-coated glass cloth, which provides excellent waterproof and oil-proof properties. It is designed to withstand harsh heat conditions, with specifications for automotive exhaust systems rated for 500°C and heat-resistant materials for plants rated for 1300°C. Aimed at heat retention, it can be installed on the cylinder parts of molding machines, valves, and piping to suppress heat radiation, leading to energy cost savings, stable resin temperatures, and prevention of fluctuations during molding. As it is a completely custom-made product, it can be used in sizes that fit your specific materials. *If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.*
