Manufacturing anchor bolts made of a combination of stainless steel and carbon steel, as well as titanium bolts through friction welding. Achieving high corrosion resistance and cost reduction.
Our company manufactures "corrosion-resistant anchor bolts" and "large-diameter titanium bolts" that enhance corrosion resistance while keeping costs down. The "corrosion-resistant anchor bolts," which combine stainless steel and carbon steel, use stainless steel in exposed areas to prevent corrosion, while utilizing carbon steel in alkaline concrete to achieve corrosion protection at a lower cost. The "large-diameter titanium bolts" employ friction stir welding to securely join the head and threaded section, reducing material loss and processing costs. This allows us to leverage the corrosion resistance of titanium while achieving cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ High resistance to salt damage, de-icing agents, and moisture ■ Maintenance-free ■ Various durability tests have been conducted, confirming excellent strength *You can view the product catalog from the "PDF Download." basic information
<About Friction Stir Welding> Friction stir welding technology involves joining materials by bringing them together and rotating one at high speed to generate frictional heat, which softens the joint area, while simultaneously applying high pressure to integrate them. It achieves the joining of dissimilar metals with "full-strength joints" where the strength of the joint surface does not fall below that of the base material. It is characterized by the absence of welding materials and shielding gases, as well as high energy efficiency. The combinations are diverse, allowing for a wide range of material selections according to application needs.
