Orientation film sheets can be created.
Nanofibers are spun from a spinneret to which several tens of kilovolts of high voltage is applied, by injecting a jet of polymer solution to a grounded collector. Depending on the shape and function of the collector, various types of nanofibers can be spun.

Applications/Examples of results
By spinning at high speed and accumulating fibers, it is possible to create an oriented film similar to a video. Oriented nanofibers are spun with the fibers aligned in a certain direction, resulting in a film that has a metallic luster. There are various applications, but recently they have been used in regenerative medicine research, such as scaffold materials for cell culture. *For more details, please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form. Company information
In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC. Eventually, they completed the "biological phenomenon recording device" that they had been developing alongside their maintenance work. This device is still in production today and is actively used in many hospitals across the country. Currently, they are developing inspection equipment for LCD and organic EL panels. They are challenging themselves to quickly and accurately respond to the diverse needs of users around the world with new technology development. Additionally, leveraging their long-standing achievements and technical expertise, they are expanding into cable television and high-speed internet communication business areas. They aspire to build a vibrant city suitable for a highly information-oriented society, fostering a community where people from various parts of the world can communicate.
